We will carefully select and submit 2 to 6 candidate CV’s from our resource pool for every vacancy. Each candidate is thoroughly vetted by matching their skills to the job requirement. We will endeavour to match a candidate with at least the minimum amount of experience specified. We also take due consideration of attitude, personality and suitability to client culture. Depending on timescales, we will endeavour to reference each candidate prior to interview.
Our objective is to provide feedback to our client from our initial search within 8 – 12 hours from receipt of a new vacancy. Appropriate CV’s will be submitted within 24 – 48 hours upon initial vacancy receipt.
Our objective is to provide a preliminary progress report within 24 hours of receipt of a new vacancy. Appropriate candidate CV’s will be submitted within 48 hours of initial vacancy receipt.
For continuous performance improvement, Abrecco will hold regular meetings with clients to review and optimise both the candidates and our own performance. These consist of operational reviews, formal reviews and planning forums, held at the client’s request.

To ensure there is always someone at hand who understands your requirements, clients are provided with dedicated account managers or account management teams.
