Resource
Consistently delivering the right candidates depends on the resources we have in place. Resource development is critical to our ability to supply the best candidates on the market to our clients and a significant part of our operating budget is spent on advertising and promotion.
Our resource base is drawn from our own database, contacts, referrals, advertisements and numerous on-line resource pools. We maintain a large, relevant and current candidate database.
We have the ability to run comprehensive advertisement campaigns as required. We have access to those who are looking for an immediate career change or new contract. We also have access to those who only look occasionally or have looked in the past but would move for the right opportunity.
Some key initiatives are highlighted below:
Internet Advertising
We augment our pool of applicants through advertising on the leading/established recruitment sites and a host of niche ones.
Post and Email
We market specific positions and build resource in a generic skill area by directly mailing/emailing registered candidates using our database software.
Referrals
We spend a significant amount of time speaking with candidates who are currently registered with Abrecco or one of our partner database resources. We do this to both assess their suitability for current opportunities and to gain referrals from these candidates of other suitable applicants.

This is a “brochure” style site where we provide details of our Client and Candidate services along with advice pages, links to our live job listings and other useful links.
