Abrecco's core recruitment software, Profile 2000, has been developed by Microdec plc using a Sybase database engine running on a Microsoft OS Server. Profile 2000 is delivered on Microsoft OS PC's and thin clients maintained to deliver maximum availability. We maintain high speed links to the internet.

We can efficiently process the large numbers of CV's received daily using a combination of specialist software and our consultants skill. The system allows rapid identification of candidates against a variety of technical, commercial and geographical requirements. Applicant handling is Abrecco's key business process and has been developed to support the broad technical and geographic spread of Abrecco's business.

We use our Systems, Processes and expert Personnel to quickly produce a search list of suitable candidates from the available resource base.

We contact everyone on the search list to establish basic match criteria, e.g. Role/Project, Skill Set, Location, Prospects, and Fiscal considerations.
