Abrecco’s mission is to provide Technology clients and candidates with outstanding recruitment services that they use again and again. Abrecco provides a fully integrated Technology recruitment service for contract and permanent requirements. It is important that you are happy with our service and we will do everything possible to maintain and improve upon that level of service.

Screening of candidates

We will select and send 2 to 6 candidate CV’s from our database for every vacancy. Each CV is thoroughly vetted by matching skill set to the job requirement, we will endeavour to match a candidate with at least the minimum amount of experience specified by the client. We also take due consideration of attitude, personality and suitability to client culture. Depending on timescales, we will endeavour to reference each candidate before they attend an interview.

Speed of Response

For contract requirements:

Abrecco will provide a preliminary progress report within 8 – 12 hours upon initial receipt of a vacancy to appointed client representative. Appropriate CV’s will be submitted within 24 – 48 hours upon initial vacancy receipt.

For permanent requirements:

Abrecco will provide a preliminary progress report within 24 hours upon initial receipt of a vacancy to appointed client representative. Appropriate CV’s will be submitted within 48 hours upon initial vacancy receipt.

Contact

For continuous performance improvement, Abrecco will hold regular meetings with clients to optimise both the candidates and Abrecco’s performance. These consist of operational reviews, formal reviews and planning forums, held at the client’s request.

Abrecco consultants are trained in their business markets; Abrecco has its own in-house training/mentoring scheme to maintain our ability to deliver quality recruitment solutions. Abrecco consultants are trained to mediate best rates for both clients and candidates. Abrecco consultants are trained in interviewing, vetting and reference checking to ensure they provide suitable candidates. To ensure there is always someone at hand who understands your requirements, clients are provided with dedicated account managers or account management teams.
