History
Abrecco was formed in 2001 with a view to becoming a Technology centric recruitment agency and business of the highest order. We carried out a considered strategy of firstly designing an efficient infrastructure as a foundation for diligently designed and pragmatic business processes and procedures. Only when we were fully satisfied that these scalable technical and business systems were in place did our key consultancy personnel initiate trading.
We were well received from the outset with our evident professionalism striking chords with clients and candidates alike. In addition our staff have grown as individuals and in number with the business. This is well evidenced by the growth and expansion of our Scottish business in Edinburgh, the opening of our London office in 2006 and the Bristol office in 2007 all by personnel originally recruited in Edinburgh.
Our methods of working internally with our staff including mentoring and developing individuals to fulfil their potential were suitably rewarded in January 2007 when we achieved IIP (Investors in People) accreditation.
We joined the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) and it’s specialist IT & Communications group early on and were founder signatories to the REC Diversity Pledge in 2006. These memberships and commitments serve to underline our dedication to professionalism, integrity and fairness.
