Our client is looking for a Scrum Master with extensive experience of working through the full software development lifecycle on large scale global technology implementation and migration projects. This is a rare and unique opportunity to join an international team and be based at the customers Edinburgh office. You will be responsible for embedding and championing Scrum / Agile methodologies and practices throughout all areas of the business to facilitate the successful development and delivery of .NET technology solutions.

Role responsibilities:
- Contribute as part of an international technology team in all aspects of the SDLC
- Champion Agile theory, practices and rules promoting perpetual improvement.
- Fully engage with the cross functional project team to ensure deliverables are being met
- Ensuring Agile project plans are in place and effectively managed throughout delivery cycles.
- Work closely with other contractors and client staff as part of an agile team

Personal and technical attributes:
- Extensive demonstrable commercial experience in a dedicated Scrum Master role
- Strong Agile thinker who can effectively incorporate methodologies and best practises.
- Strong planning, organisational, documentation and reporting experience
- Experience driving cross functional delivery teams (analysis, .NET development, DBA, test etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- People focused and a team player who can effectively coach and promote self-organization within the team
- Influential, decision maker with a focus on team empowerment / engagement
- Formal Scrum Master or equivalent Agile project management training would be beneficial.
