Service Delivery Engineer - Windows / Networking - Perm - Central London - To 40K GBP

Abrecco are recruiting Service Delivery Engineers on behalf of our highly successful and expanding client based in central London. You will be an experienced Infrastructure Engineer who is customer focussed with excellent problem solving abilities and excellent Microsoft desktop, server and networking skills. You will have excellent communication skill with the ability to engage with users at all levels and provide proactive and reactive support within regulated and process driven enterprise scale environments.

Role responsibilities:
- Remain focussed on providing professional service delivery at all times.
- System administration and Support of Microsoft desktop and server technologies
- Effectively resolve support requests directly from managed service clients engaging with users at all times.
- Proactively review system alerts and respond within SLA’s
- Deliver projects on your own or as part of a team either remotely or on client site.
- Performing advanced troubleshooting liaising with Microsoft or other vendors as required.

Personal and technical attributes:
- Customer and service delivery focussed with excellent communication skills
- Proven 2nd /3rd line IT System support and administration experience
- Experience deploying and administering Microsoft Windows Desktop to 10 - Server to 2012R2
- In depth knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange - SCCM etc.
- Flexible attitude with the ability to deal with multiple tasks and projects, as required.
- Knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure would be beneficial
- Familiarity with ITIL change and service management process standards
- MCSE, MCSA and/or CCNA IT certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Cisco LAN/WAN networking knowledge would also be beneficial
- Experience working within an IT Managed Services provider environment with multiple clients
