Service Desk Manager - Cloud - Edinburgh - Perm - Up to £45k + Benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Manager to join a young and exciting cloud solution provider in Edinburgh. As part of their business development our client is recruiting a creative and forward thinking Service Desk Manager to develop and take ownership of their service desk function. The successful candidate will be responsible for the initial set up of the cloud based service desk working to ITIL Methodologies.

Role Responsibilities:

- Set up and maintaining a cloud based service desk
- Creating internal reporting procedures
- Integrating the cloud platform with other business systems
- Collecting and analysing customer feedback
- Managing 3rd party suppliers
- Growing and developing a service desk team

Personal and technical attributes;

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Desk Manager in a similar environment
- Experience working within a cloud service desk environment
- ITIL Certified or working knowledge of ITIL Methodologies
- Working knowledge of full datacentre infrastructure
- Budget Management
- Creating and managing SLA’s
- Team management
