Support Engineer - Windows / Networking - Perm - Central London - To 40K GBP

Abrecco are recruiting a Support Engineer on behalf of our highly successful and rapidly expanding client based in central London. You will be an experienced Engineer who is customer focussed with excellent problem solving abilities and excellent Microsoft desktop, server and networking skills who can work effectively with enterprise scale clients and provide proactive and reactive support.

Role responsibilities:
- System administration and Support of Microsoft based servers and desktops
- Effectively resolve support requests directly from managed service clients
- Proactively review system alerts and respond within SLA’s
- Deliver projects on your own or as part of a team either remotely or on client site.
- Performing advanced troubleshooting liaising with Microsoft or other vendors as required.

Personal and technical attributes:
- Proven 2nd /3rd line IT Support experience
- Experience deploying and administering Microsoft Windows Desktop to 10 - Server to 2012R2
- In depth knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange - SCCM etc.
- Customer focussed with excellent communication skills
- Flexible attitude with the ability to deal with multiple tasks and projects, as required.
- Knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure would be beneficial
- MCSE, MCSA and/or CCNA IT certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Cisco LAN/WAN networking knowledge would also be beneficial
- Experience working within an IT Managed Services provider environment with multiple clients
