Test Coordinator - PMO / Software test - Perm - Hamilton - Up To £36K DOE
We have been tasked by our unique Software Development client to recruit an experienced Test Analyst/coordinator to join their PMO team in the Hamilton area. You will be working closely with the Business analysis and Project Development Management functions to deliver effective test planning and execution. You will have excellent communication skills, and be able to clearly deliver advice and information to colleagues and key stakeholders regarding software quality. This is a varied and interesting role where you will have the opportunity learn new skills and build on your existing experience.

Role Responsibilities:
- Developing and improving test polices and standards to compliment project delivery framework
- Working across a wide ranging portfolio of projects
- Liaising with project development managers, business analysts and project stakeholders
- Creating detailed test scripts from documented requirements
- Executing test scripts against the agreed test approach and project timescales
- Monitoring defect log, tracking progress and reporting status

Personal and Technical attributes:
-Knowledge of quality assurance technologies and standards
-Good understanding of project lifecycle and Agile software
-Previous experience of stakeholders’ management
-Prince2/Agile accreditation or equivalent project management / PMO skills
-Minimum 3 years experience of co-ordinating and managing project test cycles
-Experience of Java/SQL web and application testing would be beneficial
-Excellent communication, organisation and problem solving skills
