Here at Abrecco we have invested heavily in our recruitment software to ensure we have the right tools to enable our consultants to rapidly manage large quantities of candidate applications. Our database is a state of the art, real time system able to process CV’s in a variety of formats as well as linking to social media sites. Together with our high speed internet connection and efficient phone systems, our consultants are able to cover the candidate market quickly and efficiently for each and every vacancy we receive.

Our systems functionality allows rapid identification of candidates’ key skills against a variety of technical, commercial and geographical requirements. Applicant handling is our key business process and has been developed to support the broad technical and geographic spread of Abrecco's business.

Of course none of this technology would be any use without the skills and expertise of our consultants. It’s our consultants’ job to use all their skills to ensure we match the best candidates for our client’s vacancies using the technology available to us.

We aim to contact everyone on the search list to establish basic match criteria, e.g. Role/Project, Skill Set, Location, Prospects, and Fiscal considerations.
