Abrecco’s mission is to provide Technology clients and candidates with outstanding recruitment services that they use again and again. Abrecco can provide a fully integrated Technology recruitment service for contract and permanent requirements. It is important that you are happy with our service and we will do everything possible to maintain and improve upon that level of service.

Candidate Assessment

Abrecco will conduct a rigorous assessment to ensure that the applicant is fully aware of the nature of the position and will verify that the candidate does conform to the requisite technical competencies. Areas that will be discussed include:

  • Current role & level of responsibility
  • Technical experience & level of proficiency
  • Describe technical environment and client culture
  • Career aspirations and motivations
  • Other commitments/positions under consideration
  • Availability
  • Location preferences/flexibility
  • Current/desired salary/package/rate

The above procedures are designed to ensure that applicants are committed to taking up positions with the Clients their details are submitted to, thus minimising drop out at a later stage. When suitable candidates have been identified, Abrecco attaches a consultant’s assessment summary to the CV.

Contractor Care

Abrecco maintains regular contact with contractors throughout the duration of their contract. Our job does not end once contracts have been exchanged; instead we firmly believe that on-going contact is a crucial aspect of the recruitment process. We call contractors on a regular basis to ensure that they are happy with their assignment, and to ensure that they are satisfied with the support that we offer. As well as being available on a daily basis to respond to contractors queries we hold informal reviews with contractors to ensure that they are happy with their assignment and all aspects of our service. In addition to regular telephone contact we also like to meet up with contractors regularly.

Candidate Liaison

Abrecco will provide guidance on market opportunities, salaries and respective employer information. Abrecco endeavours to provide feedback to candidates from clients if they are unsuccessful. Perhaps the most useful aspect of client feedback on unsuccessful applicants is that it provides information on the candidate’s interview performance and profile as perceived by the client. Future applications are more focused as the applicant and Abrecco gain an understanding of the type of client most likely to value a particular applicants qualities.
