1st Line Support Analyst- Microsoft - 3-4 M Cont - Edinburgh - £80 - £95 per day (gbp)
I have an immediate requirement for a 1st Line Support Analyst skilled in Microsoft. This is an initial 3 - 4 month contract with scope to go permanent. You will be responsible for supporting the Head of ICT and ICT administrators with the company ICT issues.

Role Responsibilities;
- Carrying out and completing multiple ICT tasks within agreed timescales
- Providing 1st line technical assistance on the phone, in writing and face to face
- Logging, prioritising calls on their Help Desk Support Systems and escalating to Head of ICT when necessary
- Support Head of ICT and ICT Administrators investigate, diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults
- Continued maintenance of Software and Hardware in the network as well as configuration of ICT equipment

Personal and Technical Attributes;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft products (Windows 10, MS Exchange)
- Prides themselves on delivering the highest level of customer service
- Previous experience in a Helpdesk/Desktop support environment
