1st Line Support Engineer - MS Windows - Paisley - £DOE + Benefits

An opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer focussed 1st Line Support Engineer has become available for one of the UK’s largest Trade Unions. You will be responsible for logging and resolving customer IT related issues and escalating to senior members of the team. You will be confident speaking to customers via telephone, remotely or face to face.

Role Responsibilities;
- Manage and resolve customer incoming IT queries
- Provide IT Support via Telephone, face to face or remotely
- Support senior team members with the ongoing maintenance of internal systems
- Support internal members with IT related issues (Password resets / system updates)

Personal and Technical Attributes;
- Previous experience in a helpdesk environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Server 2008 R2, 2012
- Working knowledge of Windows 7/10, Office10/13/16 and MS Exchange
- Excellent communication skills
