Business Analyst - Agile/Web - Edinburgh - Perm

Abrecco wish to recruit, on behalf of our client based in Edinburgh city centre, a Business Analyst to work with stakeholders to identify, elicit and document technical requirements and work with cross functional Agile teams to ensure they design, develop and implement solutions to customer expectations. This is ideally suited to someone who is naturally inquisitive with excellent communication skills, some technical knowledge and the ability to work with and manage an internal Agile development team as well as manage customer/stakeholder expectations through the product development lifecycle.

Role responsibilities:
- Work with external customers to gather - document business and functional requirements
- Analyse, define and document enterprise web based business applications solutions
- Project manage the internal Agile development team in the delivery of tailored customer solutions
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, demos and presentations as required.
- Define product roadmaps and manage product backlogs.

Personal and technical attributes:
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and documentation (user stories, UX etc)
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills with customer/client/stakeholder management
- Proven experience in an enterprise web based software development environment
- An understanding of Agile (ideally SCRUM) development methodologies
- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Flexibility to travel occasionally within the UK.
- Any experience in a software product development environment (ownership, roadmap, backlogs etc)
