This is a key role that is crucial to that growth as you will be travelling to client sites, analysing technical and business process requirements and creating functional specifications that the development team can utilise in delivering solutions that meet and exceed expectations. What you’ll do:
- Work closely with clients to gather business, process and technical requirements then create functional specifications to meet them
- Be an active participant in the solution design process and then demonstrating solutions to clients
- Collaborate with the software development team and stakeholders to ensure solutions work
- Ensure the client’s needs are met, and support their training through relevant materials

What you’ll bring:
- Solid experience in the BA domain, including knowledge of principles and processes
- Previous work across the spectrum of BA duties from requirements gathering to documentation
- Excellent interpersonal skills to be used in stakeholder management situations
- Experience of Technical Writing and ability to operate in a Software Development environment
- Flexibility to travel within the role.
