Change Manager - ERP - 6 mth Cont - Aberdeen - circa 500 (GBP) / day

When I got into recruitment almost 2 decades ago (how time flies), I cut my teeth recruiting for major clients in the Aberdeen oil - gas industry. That was at a time when the industry was thriving and there were jobs aplenty and good candidates were thin on the ground.

I’ve watched this industry over the last few years as it struggles to get back on its feet and it’s amazing to see some real positive movement in the market.

What’s even nicer is that I’m now able to offer a really good contract opportunity for an ERP Change Manager to go and work with an exciting new client I’ve just connected with in Aberdeen.

As with most of the major players in the area, the client is multi national and you’ll be working on the migration of a newly acquired company into the main business.

My client really needs someone who’s got a track record of managing change in medium to large scale ERP migration projects (preferably SAP, though not essential), and knows the challenges inherent to this type of role.

Here’s some detail to help you decide if you’re the right fit:

* You’ll have a track record in Change Management specifically around ERP (SAP preferred)
* You’ll know about Change readiness preparation
* You’ll have developed plans for training including the preparation of required material
* Obviously good communication skills are a necessity
* Experience of facilitating Stakeholder workshops is also a must

In addition to this, the client would like you to assist in the development of a dedicated Change Management framework to aid the communication of change across the wider business.

If this fits with your skills and experience, and you’re ready for an exciting new challenge to commence in 2019 then get your CV to me now for an informal discussion. It would be really useful if you include details of your availability and required day rate.

Only apply to this vacancy if you consent to us contacting you with regards to this and similar future career opportunities. You may call to discuss the role in more detail if you wish.
