This time round, they’re looking for a Deputy Head of eCommerce with a solid understanding of Conversion Rate and Customer Experience optimisation to come on board and lead in the improvement of their core web platform. What you will be doing:

* Taking responsibility across all ongoing optimisation and ensuring the customer journey is as friction-less and enjoyable as possible
* Managing, guiding, and occasionally mentoring a dynamic cross-functional team of analysts and designers to improve our client’s core web platform
* Providing periodic reporting to be shared across the business as well as running update meetings to ensure everyone is on the same page
* Using a variety of methods from surveys and live sessions to long term roadmaps to gauge and enhance customer experience

What you will bring:
- Strong technical background with an appreciation and understanding of web platforms and trends
- Solid knowledge of Conversion Rate, Customer Experience and Search Engine optimisation
- Previous experience of managing ideally cross-functional teams to successfully deliver on goals
- Ability to identify ongoing opportunities to improve our client’s web offerings
- Excellent communication skills to be able to work with a variety of people across different departments
