What you’ll be doing:

* Developing and enhancing the functionality of both new and existing products
* Considering the challenges associated with extreme environments when designing firmware
* Maintenance, Testing and Bug Fixing to make sure everything’s running smoothly
* Working across the full Firmware Development Life Cycle

What you’ll bring to the role:

* In-depth knowledge and experience of Embedded C programming
* Understanding of the constraints of, and having previously developed for, Microcontrollers
* Knowledge of firmware design, simulation, verification, etc.
* Commercial experience of working on complex programming projects
* Strong mathematics skills with experience of designing custom algorithms
* Degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or similar
