This is an exciting and multifaceted role where you will become the subject matter expert in regards to IT, Software and Comms licencing and compliance. Along with great communication skills, you will be organised with excellent attention to detail as you will be ensuring IT assets are licensed effectively and efficiently to ensure compliance and against costs. You will work with vendors and other teams to negotiate agreements and contracts against global asset needs. If this sounds like your area of expertise, I want to hear from you now.

Role responsibilities:
- Manage compliance for the enterprise wide HW, SW and Comms license / contract agreements
- Review of the current IT, Software and Comms Assets and agreements against requirements
- Audit existing IT - Software asset management processes implementing improvements where appropriate
- Manage vendor relationships
- Work with other business areas in regards to IT Procurement, maintenance and compliance

What you will bring:
- Proven experience in an IT Asset or Software manager role in an enterprise environment
- Strong communication, organisational and management skills (working with numerous stakeholders and vendors)
- Familiar with software license management and compliance reporting and discovery tools
- Strong understanding of software licensing for client, server - cloud models (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, IBM etc)
- ITIL qualifications and Software Asset Management certification would be beneficial
- Preferred degree level education, or equivalent experience
