You’ll be able to hone your skills in all aspects of IT Security including Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems, Security Compliance, and Procedures and Controls development. What you and the team will do:

* Taking security events through the full incident lifecycle from detection to resolution
* Contributing to the ongoing improvement of the wider security function and platforms
* Working with a range of systems and technologies including firewalls, security software and proxies

What you’ll bring and want to develop further:

* Broad and refined knowledge of IT security technologies and principles
* Experience of being in at least a mid-level security-focussed role
* Security incident investigation and management experience ranging from 1st to 3rd line
* Any experience with security controls management and deployment
* Knowledge of IDS/IPS, Firewalls, System hardening, Network access control etc.
* Previous experience of playbooks, automation and scripting (PowerShell / Python) would be ideal
* Security Qualifications such as SSCP, CISSP, GIAC, CEH or similar
