Abrecco’s Edinburgh city centre based client has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Lead to join a new addition to their development function. Working in an Agile environment, the lucky individual will be leading the team, developing and reviewing new code, and be the key technical figure for stakeholder relations. Hopefully that’s ticking boxes for you already but here’s a few more details to get a better insight:

Role - Responsibilities:
- Lead the team technically, manage their workload and identify opportunities for improvement
- Contributing to every stage of the SDLC including automated regression testing and code reviews
- Acting as the team’s contact for all business stakeholder engagement
- Champion the use of TFS and automated deployment tools / processes
- Encourage collaboration within the team and with the business

Personal and Technical Attributes;
- Solid C# development skills and previous experience with Team Foundation Server ( TFS )
- Experience with SQL database design, preferably familiarity with SSIS and reporting as well
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Familiarity with Agile practices and processes
- Experience of PowerShell, MVC and MS SCORCH Runbooks would be beneficial
