A great new Mobile Developer opening has popped up in the Edinburgh market and I’m over the moon to be working on it, because one lucky person’s got a shot to secure something really special here!

Our client’s a leading name in their sector and so they’re looking for this new addition to make sure they’re the ones staying ahead of the curve, it’s one of the reasons they’re offering such a great package to make sure they get the best talent possible on board!

They’re looking for someone who wants to get to grips with a variety of ever-evolving projects, who’s a team player both able and happy to work in a collaborative Agile environment, and who’d love to be well rewarded as they use their with commercial experience and a solid understanding of C#.Net and Xamarin.Android (ideally you’ll also have skills across anything from SQL Server and Entity Framework to .Net Core and Microservices, but our client’s happy to fill any learning gaps!).

So if this sounds great to you, and you’d be comfortable delivering key mobile applications to be used in the field whilst working in a tech-focussed, forward-thinking and successful organisation, get in touch with Liam at Abrecco right away!

What you’ll do:
- Design, develop and improve mobile business applications used by personnel in the field
- Ensure code is up to scratch through reviews, unit testing, debugging and liaising with end users
- Bring new ideas to the table and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the development function
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Strong experience with C#.Net, SQL Server (preferably T/SQL)
- Skills in Xamarin.Android, even if you’re new to this
- Knowledge of SOLID principles and/or design patterns
- Ideally, but not necessarily, any experience with .Net Core/EF Core and/or Microservices

So if this sounds like the role for you, and you’d like the chance to prove your skills in a sector-leading and ambitious organisation with expansion in their sights and a track record of success achieved by putting tech at the core of everything they do, don’t hesitate!
