Abrecco’s Edinburgh city centre based client has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to shape and coordinate the activities of a great new addition to their infrastructure and development function. Working in an Agile environment, the lucky individual will be overseeing a number of key projects across two key teams and work streams in the infrastructure space, organising resources, managing stakeholder expectations, and encourage collaborative and effective working whilst being surrounded by an wide range of infrastructure technologies. Role - Responsibilities:
- Leading and improving key infrastructure-focussed teams in an enterprise environment
- Liaising with stakeholders and managing their expectations
- Scoping projects, deciding on the best approach and making sure the right resources are in place
- Coordinating and scheduling activities to ensure requirements are met in the most effective manner
- Encourage collaboration within the teams and setting the tone for how they operate

Personal and Technical Attributes;
- Previous experience of effectively leading project teams
- Strong project management skills and knowledge with an ability manage multiple work streams
- Good high level infrastructure system and networking knowledge to be able to participate in discussions with Wintel, Unix and DBA personnel amongst others
- Ability to prioritise your time and efforts to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on time
