Senior Support Engineer - Edinburgh - to 50K plus bonus

Fancy an opportunity to have your voice heard, and get involved across everything from support to project ownership and management?

Like the sound of working for a well-known organisation with a great track record of looking after their employees (some of the best and brightest out there!) via ongoing training opportunities, considerable bonuses and other fantastic benefits?

Have you got the experience and skills across supporting Windows infrastructure in a large multisite environment, bridging the gap between IT and the business, and effectively delivering projects, that our client’s looking for?

If you’ve said yes to all three, we very much want to talk to you, and our client wants you on board!

What you’ll do:
- Ensure best user experience/environment via network and infrastructure improvement
- Support business critical systems across all sites, and effectively resolve support requests from users at all levels
- Contribute to team and process improvement and encourage members’ development
- Take the lead on platform improvement projects and ensure effective and successful delivery

What you’ll bring:
- Experience across Windows Desktop infrastructure, networking and application support
- Skills with MS tools (Office, AD, Exchange, Windows Desktop/Server) and ideally Office 365
- Any experience with Citrix and/or AWS/Azure would also be a bonus
- Previous experience within a financial setting is desirable but not vital

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a post where your ideas will be heard and appreciated, where you’ll benefit from your efforts and play a key role in a forward-thinking organisation known for how well it treats its employees and more. So if you’re ready for a new challenge, don’t wait for this to pass you by and get in touch with Liam to find out more!
