Service Desk Analyst - Win10/Office to 2016 - 3 months - Bellshill - to 130GBP per day

There’s nothing like the buzz of a busy Service Desk.

After a recent Windows 10 / Office 2016 implementation my client’s Service Desk is absolutely rocking and they need the help of a contractor for around 3 months at their Bellshill site.

Can you step up to the mark and help them out? If so I want to hear from you now!

What the team are doing;
- Supporting users at all levels within the organisation
- Supporting and administering of Microsoft desktop, laptop and server technologies
- Working as part of the wider IT function for knowledge transfer and to effectively resolve support requests
- Scheduling and contributing to IT project deliverables

What you’ll bring;
- Positive proactive attitude with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with people at all levels
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 and MS Office (ideally MS Office 2016)
- Ability to support users in enterprise Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Office environments
- Any additional Citrix OR SCCM experience would be beneficial

This is a great opportunity for a confident helpdesk analyst with strong interpersonal skills to work on this busy project which will be for 3 months initially although there is scope to extend.
