My client’s Service Desk is in need of the help of a contractor for 6 months initially at their Glasgow site as they are in a particularly busy supporting project delivery as well as more general support queries. What the team are doing;
- Supporting users at all levels within the organisation
- Supporting and administering of Microsoft desktop, laptop and server technologies
- Working as part of the wider IT function for knowledge transfer and to effectively resolve support requests
- Scheduling and contributing to IT project deliverables
- Benefitting from ongoing training on in-house systems and tools

What you’ll bring;
- Positive, proactive attitude, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with people at all levels
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 and MS Office (ideally MS Office 2016)
- Ability to support users in enterprise Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Office environments
- Any additional networking knowledge would also be beneficial

This is a great opportunity for a confident service desk analyst with strong interpersonal skills to work on this busy project which will be for 6 months initially.
