Service Desk Team Leader - ITIL - Perm - North Lanarkshire - to £39k

Abrecco wish to recruit, on behalf of our global client, an IT Service Delivery Team Leader. This is a business critical role requiring strong people management, stakeholder management and leadership skills with the ability to work in a fast paced IT Support environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for agreeing and monitoring SLA’s and KPI’s, setting objectives, performance managing a cross functional support team and ensuring the proactive control and monitoring of the server and network estate.

Role Responsibilities
- Experience managing delivery and support of Server, Network and Comms in a datacentre environment
- Ability to manage stakeholders, resource, budget, issues and risk for BAU and Project delivery
- Experience of developing and managing processes and driving performance improvement
- Work with business leaders in regards to business and project demands against Service Level Agreements
- Manage software licencing and vendors

Personal and technical attributes:
- Proven experience managing small to medium technical teams (5-10 people)
- Excellent proven customer service - customer facing skills in a technical environment
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes and tools (change, problem, incident)
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- ITIL Accreditation (Foundation Minimum)
- High level Infrastructure knowledge (Windows Client / Server, AD, Virtualisation etc)
