Solution Architect - Integration - Perm - Edinburgh - to C 69K GBP plus package

Our Edinburgh based client is part way into an exciting major transformational programme and require a Solution Architect to take a lead role in the end to end design and implementation of integration solutions for enterprise business applications while contributing to the wider strategies. You will be comfortable working with 3rd parties, senior stakeholders, business leaders and technical teams as part of the wider architecture function. As well as excellent communication skills, you should have broad ranging technical knowledge (Microsoft .NET, Tibco, SOA, ESB etc), with experience designing customer focussed solutions and the confidence to lead internal and external design and delivery teams.

Role responsibilities:
- Lead the end to end solution designs with particular focus on integration
- Work with the wider architecture in the delivery of solutions
- Contribute to project support and management
- Identify, manage and mitigate risk
- Mentor, Coach and support other members of the team

Personal and technical attributes:
- Experience in delivering Enterprise-level architecture solutions in customer focussed environments
- Experience managing customer focussed solution design through the project lifecycle
- Practical experience of Enterprise application integration
- First class communication and influencing skills with superb stakeholder management experience
- Knowledge of Tibco, MQ or similar integration layer technologies
- Experience with Microsoft .NET or similar mainstream technology stack
- Familiar with SOA / ESB etc.
- 3rd Party vendor management
- Familiar with Agile methodologies
