Abrecco’s Edinburgh city centre based client is on the lookout for a couple of keen Support Analysts to join a growing team, use and improve their skills across a number of different Microsoft technologies, provide business-critical support to customers at all levels, contribute to the delivery of projects, and be a vital technical resource who can communicate with both business and IT representatives. Working across both 2nd and 3rd lines with tools including Active Directory, Windows Desktop/Server, and more, the lucky candidate will also get the chances to get to grips with Office 365 and Azure. What you’ll be doing:
- Receiving and effectively resolving support requests and assisting our client’s users in IT matters
- Using tools incl. Active Directory, Windows Desktop/Server, Exchange, Azure, Office 365, and more
- Working autonomously and as part of a team on varying projects for the company and its clients
- Performing other duties such as sys admin tasks, installations and upgrades, and configuring/deploying Microsoft technologies

What you’ll bring:
- Experience across 2nd and/or 3rd line support, ideally with a networking/infrastructure focus
- Skills with MS tools (AD, Exchange, Windows Desktop/Server) and ideally Office 365 and/or Azure
- Ability to prioritise and work on concurrent projects in a fast-paced work setting
- Any experience with networking (LAN/VLAN/WAN) would be advantageous
- A bonus would be any MCSA/MCSE and/or CCNA certifications, but these aren’t necessary
