Systems Engineer - Microsoft - Paisley - Perm - Up to £37k + Benefits

Abrecco are pleased to be working with an established UK wide organisation with a diverse customer base to recruit a Systems Engineer to join their busy I.T function and provide end to end user support. The ideal candidate will have previous experience monitoring and maintaining Microsoft based business systems and 3rd party applications. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in an I.T Support function coupled with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude and enjoy working in a diverse role as part of a small cross functional service delivery team.

Role Responsibilities;
- Providing client/server and network support to users across the business
- Monitor application and system performance, suggesting and implementing improvements
- Key point of escalation for business applications issues and requests
- Liaising with vendors and suppliers with regards to maintenance and support issues of 3rd party business applications
- Documenting and reporting all faults, implementations and improvements to the I.T Service Delivery Manager

Personal and Technical Attributes;
- Previous experience working with Customer/Membership Management Systems (CRM Systems)
- 2 years plus experience working in an I.T Support environment
- Experience working with Microsoft Server 2008 R2, 2012
- Experience Supporting Windows 7/10 and Office10/13/16
- Experience supporting Windows Servers (AD/DHCP/DNS)
