Abrecco’s Edinburgh based client has an opportunity for a keen individual to work as part of their support and project management teams to help their loyal client base make the most of a range of market-leading print management products. Operating remotely from the helpdesk and on site at customer bases across Scotland, you’ll be installing, upgrading and providing vital technical support to ensure they’re taken care of, and that they can understand and use all features available to them. The ideal candidate will be someone who can absorb information quickly, be able to use their excellent communication skills and technical knowledge in client-facing scenarios, and have previous commercial experience working with print management tools. What you’ll be doing;
- Taking responsibility for installing and upgrading our client’s software and hardware, whether remotely or onsite for their customers across Scotland
- Providing ongoing technical support from the Helpdesk, fixing issues where they arise, and occasionally working/travelling out of hours/on weekends
- Ensuring your product knowledge of our client’s ever-evolving hardware and software is on point to be able to inform customers, identify possible areas of improvement, and efficiently deal with a range print management solutions

What you will bring;
- You must have commercial experience of at least one of the following print management software tools: Equitrac, uniFLOW, SafeCom, Everyone Print, Pcounter and/or PaperCut
- You’ll also have industry experience with one or some of the following hardware as well: Konica Minolta, Canon, Ricoh, and/or HP MFDs - multifunctional devices (copier/printer/fax/scanner/)
- Strong knowledge of Networking (including MS Server Operating Systems)
- Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to work closely with clients whether remotely or on site, as well as the wider internal support and project management teams.
- A proactive, can-do personality and the abilities to learn quickly, retain product knowledge, and work both autonomously and as part of a team
- A full, clean UK driving licence with 12 month’s driving experience
