You will take the lead role in proactively co-ordinating a growing team who troubleshoot and administer existing customer software solutions as working with presales teams to schedule and deliver software projects into existing and new customers. You will have a proven background in customer focussed technical support and have knowledge in Windows Client / Server based systems, SQL Server and bespoke application support.

What you’ll be doing
- Plan and organise work plans
- Be a point of escalation for the Service Desk Team and resolving application issues
- Being involved in project delivery; gathering requirements, configuring, shaping and implementing solutions
- Leading on smaller projects and ensuring solution resilience and scalability
- Building on existing platforms and applications to meet business needs
- Mentoring and inducting new/less experienced team members

What you will bring
- Experience using SQL, including scripting
- You will be an organised self starter with excellent time management
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft client / server operating systems ideally including IIS Server
