Technical Support - Windows / Print - Perm - Edinburgh - to 35k plus benefits

If you’re a friendly, positive, organised and customer focussed helpdesk or support engineer who might be interested in moving into a more all encompassing support/project delivery role offering training and development, this could be the opportunity for you.

You will join a growing team where you will troubleshooting and administering existing customers software installations either remotely or on site and working with a project manager in carrying out new software installations on customer sites across Scotland. You will have a proven background in providing technical support and have knowledge in Windows Client / Server, Networking, Office 365 and print technologies, coupled with a valid UK driving Licence. While any experience with Print Management software would be beneficial, training will be provided.

What your be doing;
- Provide technical support remotely to customers in relation to software or connectivity issues.
- Implement or upgrade software either onsite or remotely
- Provide additional onsite technical support to customers
- Plan and organise work plans

What you will bring
- Customer focussed with excellent communication skills along with proven technical support experience
- In depth networking knowledge as well Microsoft client / server operating systems
- You will be an organised self starter with excellent time management
- Full and clean UK Driving Licence

The salary on offer is up to £35k which is of course, dependant on experience plus 33 days holiday, pension, training and scope for progression.
